About Me

Shannon Menéndez, Holistic Nutritionist
My journey into holistic nutrition began with lifelong digestive struggles that went largely undiagnosed until I discovered the healing power of carnivore-based strategies. After 15 years as a teacher witnessing rising anxiety and depression in undernourished students, I turned my focus to nutrition, inspired by my own transformation and the health challenges of my three sons—one with a spontaneous seizure disorder, another with severe pediatric asthma and allergies, and a third with eczema.To deepen my knowledge, I have completed a Masters in Holistic Nutrition at the American College of Healthcare Sciences in Portland, OR, with coursework covering pathophysiology, human anatomy and physiology, alternative nutrition strategies, and more—equipping me with a strong foundation to provide evidence-informed care.As a holistic nutritionist, I believe our bodies were designed by a loving Creator with the innate ability to heal and thrive. My mission is to guide clients back to what’s essential—nutrient-dense, bioavailable REAL foods that calm inflammation, restore energy, and rebuild resilience. Using evidence-informed approaches, I create tailored plans that support gut health, hormones, mental wellness, and overall vitality, helping clients navigate autoimmune challenges, hormonal shifts, mental fatigue, and digestive issues with intentional, individualized support.
